left breast mastectomy and Tram Flap reconstructive procedure

A. (Mastectomy) Left breast is amputated from the chest wall. B. Mastectomy complete and donor site excised. C. TRAM (Trans-Rectus Abdominis Muscle) flap is removed from the abdomen. The flap is then tunneled under the skin to recreate the breast area. D. The belly button is repositioned. All incisions are sutured and TRAM flap reconstruction is completed.
