Left anterior shoulder dystocia with maternal contractions

Delivery injury depicts the left anterior shoulder becoming impacted on the pubic symphysis causing stretching of the brachial plexus nerves.  Maternal contractions continue to add force to the baby further causing stretching of the brachial plexus injury.
