Left shoulder dystocia with brachial plexus injury

Delivery injury depicts the left anterior shoulder becoming impacted on the pubic symphysis causing stretching of the brachial plexus nerves.  Maternal contractions continue causing further injury on the nerves.  The nerves and innervation of the brachial plexus is shown as well as the nerves involved in Erb's palsy and Klumpke's palsy.
