T12-L2 Vertebral arthrodesis

Surgical Procedure of burst fracture injury. T12 -L2 Vertebral Arthrodesis Using Humeral Allograft, Rib Autograft & Instrumentation. Disc material at T12 -L1 & L1-L2 is removed. L1 Corpectomy and decompression is performed by removing the fracture fragments from L1 space & spinal canal. Humeral allograft is cut to size and filled with autograft from L1 corpectomy. The graft is then placed within the corpectomy defect. Plate, rods and screws are placed over the lateral surface of the T12 & L2 vertebral bodies.
