Vaginal Prolapse - Rectocele and Normal comparison

Female pelvic floor anatomy depicts a vaginal prolapse (rectocele).  The posterior wall (rectovaginal septum) between a womans bladder and her rectum weakens or tears and allows the rectum to herniate into the vagina.  There is a normal view of the pelvic floor anatomy for comparison.
